  • The goal of Project Keychain is to manage user access provisioning to multiple types of external applications. Project Keychain revolves around the concept of a gateway based on the Java Business Integration (JBI) specification. It uses the runtime from the Open ESB project and components from the Open JBI Component projects. Another key aspect of Project Keychain is the use of the Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) as the language of choice for exchanging information for service provisioning. The current gateway relies on SPML v. 2.0 from oasis-open.org.
